The Oscars have been the subject of controversy since nominees were announced and this became the second year in a row that every nominee in the acting categories is white. This inspired a Twitter hashtag #OscarsSoWhite, and many people have spoken out on the subject since then. It's also been the butt of the joke in a recent SNL sketch and now Twitter is taking it on again with hashtag prompt #MakeAMovieWhiter.
