This nightmarish landlord couldn't handle getting called out for being inconsiderate and disruptive. They proceeded to try and make the tenant's life a living hell. But ultimately, they fail hard, and have to give that deposit back!

Some acts of defiance are more trivial than others. This employee's power tripping manager decided to revoke his vacation, so he quit and before he left decided to give him a real confusing send off. Sometimes small revenge is all you need, like this guy who battled his work tie policy by buying the ugliest ties possible.

Talia Shadwell, shared a viral story on Twitter that spotlights just how little online privacy people have. Specifically, this shows how big tech companies keep a much closer eye on people using their apps than some people might expect. Scary stuff indeed.

Someone on AskReddit asked for hiring managers to share their biggest WTF moments with applicants in the hiring process. If you show up for a job and proceed to babble on about how excited you are to work with your exes, you're not going to get very far.

There's a lot of ways things can go wrong. Seriously, life has an almost unlimited supply of unfortunate times life got derailed by chaos. Engines start on fire, tanks of paint burst, pizzas get burned, and children cry. We're all just trying to get through the day, but sometimes the day has moments that give us grief.

Millennials are infamous for being "so sensitive" and here we have the baby boomers going off over a simple meme. The 'OK Boomer' meme plays on the "Karens" of the world that get all worked up over nothing. It would seem these generations are determined to butt heads online.

Might want to get that baby checked out. This possessed baby monitor has people on Twitter losing their minds. And really, it's no surprise. That demonic looking baby looks better suited for a chilling horror movie.

The real scary moments are the ones where you realize that you are not in control. Whether you're being chased by a wild animal, have a strange health complication, are a passenger in an insane ride, or are left in the elements. These are not good. For something a little lighter and more on the creative side, here are some two sentence horror stories.

Was this guy actually upset with his burgers or was he trying to just get free ones? Some people are really touchy about their food and would prefer to have a terrible tasting blackened burger than a delicious and still safely cooked one. The fact remains that this cook made sure he wouldn't have to complain ever again. Some customers will never learn, but sometimes it works to be honest with awful customers.

Someone on AskReddit attempted to shift the tables, and asked for women to share their experiences with realizing they were dating total lunatics. You just never know how someone's going to end up being, behind closed doors.

We haven't verified this load of useless knowledge, so take it with a grain of salt. That being said, you might just retain a few of these fun facts. Definitely hadn't heard of "Paris Syndrome", which is the shock anyone undergoes when Paris doesn't live up to all their hopes. Or how about the fact that horses apparently can't throw up. That's either gotta be unimaginably rough, or some kind of blessing in disguise.

After demanding everyone do painstaking logs, not reading them himself, and chastising his staff during a meeting, this manager was made to look like the jackass he really was. Frustrated employees sometimes give incompetent managers a taste of their own medicine, like this guy who was instructed to guard a spill, so he did it for hours.

Someone on AskReddit asked for therapists to share various facts about humans that we might not know. The results are astounding. We're all just trying to make sense of this chaos on a big rock that's falling through space.

Life is a series of attempts that sometimes crash and burn. Maybe you're trying to make a point on the internet, make a cool piece of art, or just trying to seem cool. Some of these attempts will fail to work out. Without failure, we can't learn, but sometimes people's mistakes are so dumb that it's unclear if they'll learn anything from them.
