Overbearing Neighbors Continually Pester Man Over His Lifestyle

Man oh man, some neighbors can end up being an absolute waking nightmare. It sounds like this guy found himself in the miserable predicament of having to live next to some downright invasive neighbors that simply wouldn't let him live his life in peace. Someone in the comments recommended a cease and desist letter. That honestly might be the only way that this guy will be able to resolve his ongoing neighbor debacle. For some more neighborly drama check out this post about the time that a belligerent neighbor damaged a family's car, refused to own up, and then had that backfire terribly.

Dumb Drivers Who Deserve Ample Ridicule

For some reason, it's hard for incompetent drivers to realize that it's not a good idea to tie forty Adirondack chairs to the roof of your Corolla with nothing but the help of some bailing twine and their wife sitting in one of the chairs to secure the load. But this is the world we live in, and just about anyone can drive a car, so here we are.

Business Gives Couple Demonically Bad Laser Engraving, Couple Wants Refund, Business Gets Taken To Court

Seriously, that laser engraving was straight up twisted, man. It's no wonder the couple wanted the refund. The fact that the business refused to make good on that refund, and it was over $40 is pretty far out. Fortunately, the court was able to back that couple up, and they ended up getting a glorious $230 refund when it was all said and done. To keep the revenge drama going, check out this revenge story about an employee who took a petty revenge on a raging Karen.

Freaky Events People Experienced That They Can't Explain

They say most Americans believe in angels, but this all might just as easily have been performed by demons, lesser demonic spirits, soul shenanigans, ghost junk, complex scientific phenomena, telepathy, or our personal least favorite, "they're just lying." The thing is, everyone has been in a situation that they can't completely explain, be it contacting a dead relative or having their own life saved by a complex series of coincidences, or just plain old bizarre experiences people don't usually talk about.

Woman Refuses To Cut Hair For Dad's Wedding, Family Drama Ensues

Oh boy, are weddings just endlessly ripe for all kinds of conflicts between family members. There's just something about the event that inspires people to get completely possessed by their unreasonable, inner perfectionist side. The thing about trying to make sure that something ends up being perfect, is that life by its very design is imperfect. There are fails and mishaps lurking around pretty much every corner. It's only a matter of time before one thing or another falls apart. In this case of this wedding drama though, we have a woman who stood her ground when it came to being pressured to cut her hair for her dad's wedding. The moral judges in Reddit's AITA community seem to be in agreement that this woman's adopted stance was totally reasonable.

Twitter Thread: IT Employees Explain Their Animosity

It's an unfortunate fact of life that the world's hard working and well meaning IT employees are on the frontlines of having to deal with all kinds of toxic nonsense. We've come across far too many tech support nightmares, and we don't suspect that the pattern's going to stop any time soon. This fun and informative little Twitter thread has IT employees describing why they might be viewed as being so upset all of the time.

Stubborn Student Dismisses Teacher's Advice, Ego Check Ensues

Unfortunately, there are far too many people in this world that can create daunting worlds of stress for the well meaning, helpful individuals of the world simply because they refuse to listen to the advice that's being given to them. For us, this tech support tale was particularly enjoyable because of how it was written. You can really feel the teacher's frustration gradually build throughout the telling of this tech support nightmare. To keep the tech support drama going, check out this tech support tale about a company that plugged every ethernet cable into their router at random, and then proceeded to distress call tech support.

Tumblr Thread Does Deep Dive On Loophole In Davy Jones' Curse

We can always count on the wonderful and ever wandering minds of the Tumblr world to lead us down wild, disorienting, downright bizarre, and occasionally hilarious rabbit holes. This time around we have Tumblr users going the extra mile to point out the intriguing loophole in the infamous curse of Davy Jones in the Pirates of the Caribbean universe.

Nephews Refuse To Wear Seatbelts, Miss Their Own Flight

The great moral philosophers of the internet were brought in to weigh in on the case of these two kids who are old enough to know they should wear a seatbelt, if at least just to comply with the law and the rules of being in someone else's car. Low and behold, after an hour of being like this, they missed their flight. Speaking of entitled parents, kids and flights, here's the entitled dad who got furious his kid needed permission to hold a gun and the entitled dad who expected a stranger to entertain his id on a flight but it ended wholesomely.

Things That Are Actually Sort of Worth The Money

Don't you get us wrong, we are some of the cheapest bastards out there. We wear our underwear until it looks like the dead sea scrolls. We only buy name-brand cereal when we're trying to impress a date, and the last time we went on any meaningful vacation was "hahaha get the f*ck outta here with that nonsense." So avoid these horrible but common financial choices and these bad products that still sell like hotcakes. With that said, it's remarkable how much better things like shoes and mattresses are when you don't buy the most abysmally cheap ones around, and you can actually end up saving money buying things that last while also being significantly less miserable the whole time. Now let's get down to brass tacks. Wanna watch us eat a bug for a dollar?

90s Toys To Get Absolutely Ripped On Nostalgia

For people of a certain age, stuff like nostalgic junk food of the swingin' 90s brings back memories of what seemed like a simpler time. Sure, it's an understatement to say that there were some pretty unsavory world happenings in the 90s, but for a while, all that mattered was getting our small grubby hands on one of them sick plastic rainbow slinkies. You know, the kind you'd slink too hard and had a weird bend in it for the rest of time? Yeah, those were great. Gotta love that sensory nostalgia.

Dude Unknowingly Exacerbates Allergic Reaction, Ends Up In The ER

Oh boy, it's a troubling TIFU like the one we have here that can serve as a great example that it's always crucial to take yourself to the hospital if you find yourself wrestling with an ongoing, uncomfortable physical ailment. Fortunately, it sounds like everything worked out for this dude. Doesn't mean that they weren't spared a whole lot of discomfort before that moment though.

Entitled Customer Leaves Lying Review, Owner Stands Up For Staff, Bans Him

We don't know what it feels like to be decimated by an owner's response in a public forum, but it must not feel fantastic to be a Karen whose lies are exposed in a way that makes you objectively wrong, maligned and possibly dumb. So here's to the owners who have the time to respond to these dishonest reviewers who thought they could swing their customer hammer with a one-star review.

New Neighbor Says Driveway Can't Be Shared Anymore, Ends Up With Tiny Driveway

It sounds like Mike was really just asking for it, man. There are some people that move into new neighbors and just proceed to start up all kinds of conflict that quite simply needn't ever have been started in the first place. Mike definitely fits the bill for that kind of villainous character. Fortunately, the neighbor that Mike messed with was more than ready to clap back with some sweet malicious compliance. Keep that neighbor drama train rolling with this post about the petty things that people did to combat neighbors.

People Share The Change They Made To Their Lives That They Wish They Made Sooner

Let's get real here for a second.

Are you ready to change your life? It's always surprising, and honestly inspiring, the ripple effect that one small positive change to your daily routine can make. Adding or changing one small thing, like getting better sleep, and being consistent with it can completely transform your mindset and your day. These real life life hacks just might be that little thing that you need to get where you've been wanting to be.

This list is a mix bag of tricks. Some things that might seem more obvious, some things that are a little more "out there".

My contribution here would definitely be adding more structure to my day by scheduling out everything that I want to accomplish when I first get up in the morning. I keep this on a calendar on my phone so that I can get back on track when I (inevitably)) get distracted. It might seem like something that is stupidly basic for professionals but I've always struggled with executive functioning and time-blindness so finally training myself to do this has been a life saver. The last thing on my schedule for every day is to make a schedule for the next day so that there is always a schedule started when I wake up. Because once that consistent cycle is broken there is no telling when I'll get back to it....

This combined with keeping better sleep habits, I've recently started using SleepScore, made a massive difference for me in the last year.

What are your changes that you've made to your life that had a massive impact? And what changes would you like to make?
