Tinder Triumphs And Failures Of Epic Proportions

A collection of wins and fails from different people on Tinder | Rachel, 20 1 mile away active 14 minutes ago About Rachel tbh just want get some free chipotle out this | Samantha, 21 7 miles away Active 1 day ago Standing tall at 5'2 want do adult things with whispers* taxes *panting softly* pay mortgage *moans* make sure turned off all lights, our utility bill fucking $300 this month

Tinder is an bottomless pit of hopeless romantics and cheesy pickup line peddlers all playing around with one another, and on occasion, taking it seriously. You're just as apt to find yourself in the middle of an absolutely absurd conversation, as you are in one with someone who seems like they could actually be a meaningful connection. These triumphs and failures didn't fail to keep us entertained in the slightest.

Stupid solutions that worked.

We like to think solutions have to be as complicated as the problems themselves, but sometimes a seemingly stupid solution is exactly what you need. Where there's a will, there's a way, and sometimes resourceful DIY solutions don't look pretty, but they work.

The conductor went full Sherlock Holmes in this highly entertaining Twitter thread from @comedylopez. It sounds like the sleepy dude almost pulled off his game of trying to fool the conductor, when it came to the matter of where he boarded the train. Ultimately, the conductor had an eagle eye and impressive ability at connecting the dots.

Spelling So Bad It's Creative

Funny misspelled words on signs.

We live in a world where spelling doesn't seem to be a high priority, and that leads us to some spelling fails that would make the dictionary quit. These invented words are definitely decipherable, but also a little embarrassing. Sometimes these spelling fails make us question public schools.

People are describing those frustratingly unrealistic things they see in movies that just defy the way real life works. You know, things like holding intense conversation (and eye contact) with someone, while driving down a busy highway, and somehow not causing a massive accident. Or, if you were in an accident, how the cars actually don't just explode, but do all kinds of crazy stuff upon impact.

Bride Gets Left At Altar, Expects Sister To Delay Her Own Wedding

Bride gets left at the altar, and expects her sister to delay wedding as a result.

So, one bride gets left at the altar, and as a result the bride expects her sister to delay her own wedding that she had planned. Apparently, the parents pile in on the whole thing at one point, and a whole guilt trip is fueled as a result. Should one wedding be delayed like that just because another, totally separate wedding didn't go as planned? People seem to think, absolutely no delay is necessary. They are independent events.
