Dreadful Cursed Images To Inspire Discomfort

As stupid as is sounds to say: we're used to seeing normal things. So when we see an everyday item used in an estranged sort of way, it can cause a visceral feeling of discomfort. It also helps when images are distorted, blurry, and full of beans. So if you're tired of being comfortable, undisgusted and satisfied by adequate context, take a stroll past somecursed and creepy images to feel weird about.

Guy Exposes Son's Step Dad When Step Dad Steals Son's Present

This one is pretty ruthless on the part of the step dad. How in the WORLD did he think that he wouldn't be caught and exposed for this? I mean the fact that he had the gall to sign for the package as someone who could easily prove that they were not present at the time... In front of a camera... and then he thought that he'd be able to wear the watch and no one would notice? It just sounds so incredulous.

If this really did happen and isn't just some fantasy then the Step Dad is nothing less than dangerous to have around.

Woman Puts Disabled Daughter's Name On Deed of House and Enrages Her Boyfriend

It feels like maybe the boyfriend has overreacted here a bit. I mean, her daughter is her flesh and blood and probably should be the one inheriting the family home. It doesn't matter how close her and her partner are. The commenters are on point here and this woman should be concerned about how her boyfriend will treat her daughter and her estate should she pass away and he get any kind of control over it.

It's probably time to make some assessments here because this reaction is totally out of line.

Strange Science Facts To Ponder

Learning new stuff can be a fun process. When it comes to fun facts in particular, you never know when you might want to bust these out if you find yourself in a conversation that needs some newfound life to it. Just picturing this wild planet with a ton of sharks cruising around, without any trees to be seen, is a tad bit unnerving.

Neighbor Tries to Make Woman Pay Vet Bills After Their Dog Eats Food on Her Property

I mean, this one is an obvious open and shut case isn't it? If you can't control your pet and keep it off of someone else's property (where it then proceeds to destroy something of theirs) then there's not much more you can say. If said pet then needs to go to the vet for something it ate (on their property) there's no reasonable reason why you should then ask the owner of the property to pay for it.

It's not like she intentionally left poison out for the dog to eat or anything sadistic like that. So why should she have to pay a dime?

Tumblr Thread: Security Guard Hilariously Explains Why Heist Movies Don't Make Sense

See the thing that heist movies fail to comprehend about security systems is that security teams aren't robots. Security teams are like any workplace, full of moronic inconsistency and barely followed protocols. This Tumblr users explains that a crack heist team might as well roll the dice on where a guard is supposed to be at any given time, or whether they'll even respond to any active alarms. For more from Tumblr, here are some random Tumblr gems.

Wife Shuts Down Husband's Arrogant Friend, Reminds Him She Makes More Than He Does

Money isn't everything, but a little bit of money and some common sense can be. This 'friend' clearly doesn't have either. He gets totally shut down when this woman reminds him that she makes more than he does. This guy sounds like a real piece of work and maybe isn't the kind of person that you want to keep around, he doesn't even sound like he would be much fun at parties. With friends like these who needs enemies?

Good on her for standing up for herself, if they're lucky he might not come back around.

Man Unleashes Tactical Nuclear Revenge On Cheating Ex

Love can drive people to madness, but when that same love seems to run its course and the breakups ensue... there's no telling what someone will do to rid themselves of the otherwise all consuming heartbreak. It sounds like this guy was really put through the ringer by his ex. The way that he ultimately chose to take his pro revenge was nothing short of a stroke of pure and evil genius.

Mother-In-Law Racks Up Insane Dinner Bill, Gets Cut Off Financially

Dealing with in-laws can be a challenge, but when your mother-in-law goes out of her way to rack up a 500 dollar dinner bill on your own parents dime, things become a little tense. When she tried the same thing again, OP decided it was time for a financial intervention. The internet judged. For some weird in-law shenanigans, here's the woman who introduced her mother-in-law to her dad and ended up technically being married to her step-brother.

Twitter Thread: Dude Tells The Tale of The Abandoned Plane At An Indian Airport

Ever see something abandoned or out of place and wondered how that thing got there? It just so happens that there's a story behind an abandoned plane at an airport in Nagpur, India. It sounds like every mechanically inclined dad's dream to fix up a Boeing 720 and take it on adventures, and that's just what Chris Croy's dad did. Or tried to. And what a wild Kenneth Copeland tie-in.

Customer Service Rep Cancels Rude Customers Television Service While He Watches

This clever customer service representative did exactly what his customer asked when he canceled his television service when asked to. The thing is... that's not really what the customer wanted. He wanted the customer service rep to give him a discount in order to keep him as a customer! It must be satisfying to get to take a bit of revenge back on horrible customers by doing exactly what they wanted just like this. Another classic example of malicious compliance in customer service!

Monetization Goes Hilariously Wrong When 'The Sims' Tries To Monetize Dusting

Video Game companies will literally try to monetize anything these days... To be fair there are a lot of games out there that essentially make gameplay out of what is essentially chores. Yes, I'm looking at you Animal Crossing, the game that literally has you pick weeds and pay off a mortgage. But they at least usually do a decent job of making the gameplay rewarding, threatening, or otherwise distanced from reality. Usually these will be essential features of the game too, not something shoehorned in via DLC.

'The Sims' set their fanbase alight when they decided that virtually dusting your virtual home is something that a player should pay for the privilege to do.

Bad "Boss-Zilla" Dad Gets A Wake Up Call When His Daughter Singles Him Out

Isn't it crazy the effect that working from home has had on some of us? For YEARS this guy probably got away with being utterly abusive to his employees. While locking that tragic part of his personality away from his life at home and, by the sounds of things, isolating them from its effects.

Now, working from home, his daughter gets exposed to this side of his personality and its energy. I'd say this is a good lesson for all of us in how we live and compartmentalise our lives.

Who is the real you?

Patient Orchestrates Revenge On Hospital Bureaucracy After Waiting Outside in 104 Degree Heat

This guy staged his own 'French Revolution' when he was forced to wait outside in insane temperatures during a bureaucratic tirade. This clerk sounds like they were on a bit of a power trip, but if we put our customer services shoes on for a minute here... it's also possible that they were just jammed between the rock of management and the hard place of expectant customers and were just trying to do their jobs. Who knows how many times they might have been told not to let ANYONE sit in the waiting areas.
