Twitter Baffled By Trix Cereal Ant Necromancy Phenomenon, Expert Show Up With Possible Explanations

Octopus/Caveman and his 5-year-old son had a real surprise when his son put some Trix cereal into his ant farm.

For some reason the presence of the cereal mysteriously caused the ants to start bringing out the corpses of their dead to stack on top of the Trix. Their absurd behavior has been puzzling Octopus/Caveman, his son, and the rest of Twitter. Some of the speculations are wild but there are some pretty solid and interesting explanations too.

Nurse Forced to Call Police on Fiancé After He Steals Her Car Before Her Shift

This nurse, u/ThrowraCase35456, is probably better off with this guy being her ex-fiancé. He sounds like a belittling piece of human garbage. Especially considering the fact that he was told not to take her car and then still did it anyway just so he could go have drinks with the boys.

Based on u/ThrowraCase35456's comments that they posted further down the thread, it sounds like this guy has no respect for her or what she does. He treats her job as if it is an inconvenience to him and their relationship.

Time to walk away from this one.

What does it take to feel less dumb? It's something we all struggle with a lot. The short answer is "knowing things." But what things should we know? Upsetting facts that won't help anyone's mood? Maybe some totally useless facts? Maybe it's better to focus on the bright side and know some wholesome facts that are nice for a change. Whatever path we choose, there's always something interesting to know.

Rude Customer Has Fraudulent Reservations For Fake Floor, Gets Taken To Roof

It wasn't this customer's fault for getting duped into being sold a nonexistent hotel room. They didn't have much control over that. That said, she could have gotten less combative with the only person trying to help her. In the end, she had to accept the reality of her situation. For some more drama from the world of hotel management, here's a hotel guest who refused to be reasonable and got kicked out.

Tumblr Post About the Problems With Harry Potter Evokes Discussion Regarding Issues With the Series

Take off the rose-tinted glasses for a moment and take a look at Harry Potter with a critical eye.

The famed author of the Harry Potter series, Joanne Rowling, has been under fire for several years now for her repeated expression of her controversial views.

As time passes and these views garner more attention it prompts more and more "Potter Heads" to look back on the series with a critical eye. We've seen more and more discussion around the things that aren't so good about the series that might have gone over our heads when we were kids. Among other things that were socially passable in 1997-2007 that you certainly wouldn't get away with now.

This Tumblr post by a Harry Potter fan revealed what it's like to have the crushing realization and prompted some discussion around the topic when it was subsequently posted to Reddit.
