'I swear it's unused': 20+ Craigslist ads that tried to peddle ridiculous goods that shouldn't see the light of day

Craigslist is built to be simple — a simple device, for simple people. Alas, it has attained quite an infamous reputation for attracting people who are just a little too simple, if you get what I mean. Their brain is not yet quite fully… how shall I put this? Ah, yes. The screws aren't quite all there. Yes, most of them are over the age of 25, therefore their frontal cortex should supposedly be fully developed, but we can't argue with the facts, which are that it most certainly is not

People are either immature, deranged, confused, or just downright unrealistic. These irritating buggers have a bunch of unreasonable requests, show up late (that's actually a step up from the people who don't bother to show up at all), and change their minds without notifying you. Seasons come and seasons go but one sure thing is that each season brings with it new buyers, new sellers, and new idiots to our favorite platform that we love to hate. Because let's face it, sometimes you fall on a good deal. Scroll down to have a look at some of my personal favorites.

'I never tell dad jokes. He never understands them': 20+ Cringey Dad Jokes to prepare yourself for Thanksgiving dinner

This Thanksgiving, one thing is certain: there will be Dad Jokes. The presence of Dad Jokes has become about as commonplace during my family's Thanksgiving gatherings as turkey and stuffing and sweet potatoes. I don't make the rules, but that's just reality at this point. When confronted with Dad Jokes at the dinner table, you have one of two options in terms of how you choose to respond: (1) you can show your embarrassment, cower, and cry like a 5-year-old even though you're in you are a fully grown adult, or (2) you can humor your Dad and say something mildly kind like "that was clever." This Thanksgiving, we suggest you opt for the latter option. Give your father a break and make him feel like the funniest person in the room every once in a while. So, in order to prepare for the upcoming family holiday, we've assembled a list of quality Dad Jokes. For more content like this, check out this list of camping fails.

Set sail for Fails: 30 Boating memes to buoy your spirits

Did you know that today's boats are some of the largest ever to exist? As rich folks compete to have the biggest boat, one of the most massive ones around right now costs $600 million and is almost 600 feet long! The owner may have a stupidly big and luxurious super yacht - but is it named "Marlin Monroe"? No, I didn't think so.

Below are 30 memes of some boat owners who have creatively named their humble ships…plus some boaters who had a sinking feeling that their watercraft wasn't going to float much longer.

'I spoke with my neighbors and acquired the rights to their leaves': Guy leaves gargantuan mountain of leaves after leaf collection company leafs through their rulebook then leaves his leaves and leaves

There's a whole lotta left leaves going on in this thread, and we're left wondering why a company whose entire existence and sole purpose is collecting leaves is so bad at doing so. You wouldn't expect a leaf collection company to operate like city parking enforcement agencies — which are, without exception, the most useless organizations on the planet.

Well, expectations aside, this leaf collection cartel is hilariously particular about what leaves they will collect and where. Any leaves that don't follow their strict protocol will be left. This guy had it with their stringent rules and leaf leaving and decided to take matters into his own hands, and it's hard to be-leaf just how big this leaf pile must have been.

Keep reading for this mad tale of leaf-fueled revenge, as told by Reddit user u/nillanute4283 on Reddit's r/maliciouscompliance subreddit. For more, check out this guy who was told he couldn't take smoke breaks if he wasn't "smoking," so he decided to find a different way of "smoking" without having to pick up the habit.

'I held it for 40 minutes and it got really bad': Couple fights after girlfriend goes to the bathroom in his car

You know what they say: desperate times call for desperate measures. In this case, the desperation reached its tipping point. This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit by u/ghatyii, who explained how she and her boyfriend were driving home and were completely stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic. The Redditor needed to go to the bathroom (#1) and refused to go on the side of the road because she didn't want people to see her (let's not forget that doing so would technically be illegal as well). Anyway, nature was calling and a hydro flask had to take the place of a toilet for the time being.

Given the intensity of the reactions in the comments section, it's clear that this little anecdote is all too familiar to plenty of people. Considering that the Redditor didn't go directly on the seat and had the car professionally cleaned afterward, I would say that she was more than generous. When you gotta go, you gotta go!
