The Harry Potter fans of the world went buckwild with their illustrative, dark-humored responses to an AskReddit that asked how they'd plot twist Harry Potter, from JK Rowling's Twitter account. I mean, honestly, I'm impressed with some of these. You can really feel the obsessive, meticulous attention to where they saw certain, strange plot twists taking the storyline. And that would be to some rather dark and depraved places.

This was bound for greatness when he committed to trying to find a doctor. "And you've taken the red pill, I assume." Pure gold.

This hellish roommate described in this Twitter thread sounds like most everyone's WORST NIGHTMARE. Some people are really good at being the absolute worst. This right here, is the real MVP, in that category.

Oh boy, PETA. When a Twitter user discovered how to generate PETA's auto-response tweet, they proceeded to milk that development for all that it was worth. And that, naturally, was an onslaught of RUTHLESSLY dark humor. PETA's failing and they don't even know it.

Never underestimate the excruciating cringe that can ensue mid-meeting when you let one rip (unintentionally?...) or find yourself mindlessly staring off into space, at some else's crotch. Just hope your recovery time's enough for the fail to NOT be recognized.

Gillette's latest ad about great men not bullying or sexually harassing the world has stirred up some controversy. That controversy gave way to a certain inspired man throwing his Gillette razor in the toilet, and posting a picture of the act on social media. The trolling directed at him that ensued, was inevitable backlash for clogging up social media with his ignorant BS.

Whether or not this weird flex started off as a joke, the internet descended upon it with the ferocity of a thousand smug roast masters. If there's at least one thing that you can have faith in, it's the ability of the general public to hilariously tear something apart.

These interns were definitely playing in a realm outside what was advertised as the internship-job description. But maybe that's the "vulnerability", of being an intern, at shady or seemingly upright places....you're potentially not even a part of the company.

When this customer took to the reviews section to dirty the reputation of what sounds like a perfectly decent hotel, the hotel's manager, clapped back with their (hopefully) proper version of the truth. When will people learn that their lies are all the easier to expose, online. Solid win for the manager, and fail for the lying guest, in this case!

This woman's Twitter thread shows us that you don't need any art skills to drive home a relatable point about how grief can touch all our lives at some point; and how you can deal with it, when it does. Her explanation made waves in the Twitterverse, and touched a lot of people. Not surprised!

Us humans have a knack for willingly throwing ourselves into terribly dangerous situations with heavy weights. To say that these gym rats were tempting fate would almost be a vast understatement.

These people's half-baked attempts gave way to just the kinds of fails we're all about at the Fail Blog. A sweet and spicy combination of carelessness meets the online heroes, aware enough and ready to call out the bullshit. And, we're thankful for it.

We've got piles of garbage! We've got ruined couches! We've got spurned lovers and misfortune of all stripes! There's a lot of ways to turn someone's day into crap, and these are just a small few.

This one was doomed for an irrational meltdown from the onset. Freeloaders have a tendency to emotionally implode when money comes into the mix. No time like the present for that reality check though. Can't put a price on how necessary that is!
