Ok boomer, give the blame game a rest. This Tumblr user went on a passionate rant about how the millennial generation is doing the best they can with the state of the world they live in. That being said, it'd be great to see less of people lumping everyone together based off the generation they were born in. Incompetent power-tripping managers can get themselves into some really stupid situations, like this boss who demanded a special contractor be on call 24/7 and ended up with a $10K invoice. In lucky situations, incompetent managers get called on their BS and have to actually deal with the ramifications of their actions, rather than pushing the burden onto their employees.

The idea here was the idea that "if your judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it's stupid."
