Funniest Cow Memes for Any Rancher Out There Struggling to Moove Their Cattle Today

Being a rancher is proud occupation where you can see the efforts of your back-breaking work at the end of your day. It's a beautiful feeling. Working with farm animals is not easy, I don't care how cute those "influencers" make it look. Real ranchers know it is exhausting. But, waking up early in the morning to take care of your animals and they're all healthy and happy and you get to reap the benefits of your hard labor makes it all so worth it. But sometimes you wake up and nothing goes your way—in fact, that's probably most days. To have a day where your animals perfectly listen and do everything exactly as you want them too is rare… Is that even possible? If your cow broke the barn door today, or one of them got loose, or the dang calf got its head stuck in the fence again—these memes are for you!

Netflix and Stress? Partners Fight Over Netflix Login, Bodes Well for the Relationship

We're all familiar with the concept of Netflix and Chill. We've seen how Netflix can bring couples together, but clearly, it can also cause a rift.

This Redditor posted a thread on Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit about how she and her partner share a profile on her Dad's Netflix account. There are already five profiles on the account and her father pays for it in full. Her partner, a teacher, wanted the login information so that he could show a movie to his class one day, but the original poster was hesitant. Not only is the account not hers, but she wasn't comfortable sharing it beyond their household. What if the kids figure out the password? What if her partner forgets to sign out? What if this leads to her Dad getting signed out?

We think all these worries are valid, but the Redditor's partner came home from work ready to fight about it. What he doesn't seem to get is that his significant other's father's Netflix account is a perk of their relationship and not something he's entitled to at all. Also, hasn't he heard of ANY other streaming services? They apparently use his family's Disney+ account. Could they not use that? Wouldn't Disney+ be more appropriate for a class full of kids? We understand her partner's resistance to Hulu (unless he has Hulu with no ads) or HBO Max (given whatever the hell is going on over there). Still, the point is there were other options before he needed to start a whole fight about the Netflix account that, you know, isn't his.

Couples fight about ridiculous things all the time, as we know. Check out this story, in which a woman needed to lock her skincare products in a safe so she could keep them from her boyfriend.

Insane Karen Engages in 'Parking War' With Disabled Veteran, He Gets Revenge

This disabled veteran was at the VA pharmacy picking up some medication when a hostile Karen confronted them. They had brought their mobility scooter to help them navigate the "labyrinth" that is the local VA hospital and arrived at a crawling parking lot. All went smoothly, and they did their business before returning to their vehicle, intending to load the scooter up and "get the heck out of Dodge." When they arrived in the parking lot and approached their vehicle, a car Karen began to get aggressive with them, insisting that they were "cutting" the parking queue by riding past in their mobility scooter. Confused bystanders looked on as the Karen began to yell at the veteran.

When she realized that he was just trying to get to his vehicle to leave, she decided that she wanted his spot, but there was no way in heck that that was going to happen.

Server Gets in Trouble for Not Laughing at a Customer’s Bad Joke

Managers will reprimand you for a variety of things that are sorta kinda understandable: being on your phone at work, being consistently late, etc. This manager, however, scolded one of his employees for not laughing at a customer's uncomfortable joke about her weight.

The employee, who works at a pizza restaurant in a food court, shared his story via this thread on Reddit's r/antiwork subreddit. After asking two women he was serving if they wanted to add bread and pasta to their meal and make their order a combo, the two women laughed, said no, and then added, "If you couldn't tell we're fat enough as it is." Yikes! There's not that much you can do in this awkward moment. u/wagman43 chose to ignore the joke and go ahead with putting in the order.

His manager, who saw the interaction, threatened to write him up if something like this happened again. He believed the server should have just laughed along and told them they weren't overweight. Perhaps so, but the reality is this was an awkward, unforeseen situation that really wasn't the server's emotional burden to take on. Last time we checked, that kind of labor is simply not part of his job description.

Greatest Hits: Meddling Middle-Manager Tries to 'Lean Up' Team and Push Higher Workloads, Team Leader Won’t Let That Fly

This team leader realized they needed to take a stand when their meddling middle manager tried to increase their bonus by leaning up their team and pushing higher volumes of work onto fewer people. So, this effective and compassionate team leader pulled each of their team members aside and instructed them not to put hours of their own unpaid time into extra projects to appease the higher-ups. Their silent suffering and extra effort would do nothing but convince the higher-ups that they had made the right call. No, they had to hit the managers where it hurt -right in the bonus.

This middle manager is far from the first to think they can get away with pulling the rug out from under their lowest-level worker's feet and save money on labor costs by pushing more work onto fewer people. It's a business move as old as time, yet managers will still be patting themselves on the back for thinking of this. It might make money in the short term, but it will kill morale and burn out all of their workers. But they'll still get that short-term bonus, so what do they care?

This post was originally posted to Reddit's r/MaliciousCompliance subreddit by Reddit user u/mikemojc, who shared their story to the popular subreddit with the title "Try to pile on more work to increase your bonus? Not gonna happen..."

Funniest Memes for People Who Definitely Cannot Party Like They Used To, But are Happily in Denial

We like to think that the older we get, the more we learn our limits and are able to make informed decisions about how much we should really be drinking… We like to think that for sure. Is that the case for many people? Sure. But if you found yourself either clicking on this list, or being sent this list by a good friend, we're going to guess that you whole-heartedly do not fit into that category. Like the rest of us, you are basically in denial that you cannot handle that 5th drink like you used to and are probably the liability of the friend group. Hey, somebody has to fill that role. And sometimes it's an honor. You're probably used for a lot of comedic relief, without you the group would be flat-out boring. So whether you feel your youth is slipping away due to your poor decision-making, or you just want to look at some silly memes, this list is for you.
