Funniest Braindead Memes for People Who Feel a Little Dumb Sometimes

Have you ever felt like your brain is running on Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome? You're not alone. Sometimes, especially when life is overwhelming and overstimulating (aka all the time), it's hard to boot up the ol' grey matter in your dome to solve simple problems or answer intermediate questions. The yes or no response is more complicated than it sounds, okay

It's not that you're hard of hearing or anything, you're just a little slow today and you need people to repeat themselves after explaining any task. It's a good thing you're no longer at the age where you're constantly taking standardized tests because if you used your current brain to solve Algebra 2 word questions, you would probably fail. Being an adult poses a lot of other uses for the brain, so sometimes old information just gets kicked out. For example, if you meet someone and they tell you their name, that's extraneous information that definitely won't be there tomorrow. So you're not dumb, your brain is just TOO full.

'Is this written for a fish?': Guy bakes weird 93-year-old water pie recipe

This Thanksgiving, one creator has the perfect recipe for people who are cooking on a budget. Video creator B. Dylan Hollis has a specialty of baking very old recipes, specifically ones from the Great Depression era.

Horrible Aunt Babysits 9-Year-Old Niece, Tells Her That Her Mom Never Wanted Kids

When it comes to babysitting, this is about as bad as it gets. This aunt literally revealed to her 9-year-old niece that her mother never wanted children in the first place. Sure, she might have meant to add that her sister didn't want kids but changed her mind later in life, but something in her clearly chose to omit that crucial detail.

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AmITheA**hole subreddit by u/Unusual_Monitor_2492, and the best part of the whole reading experience is following the original poster as she attempts to defend herself and justify her actions. Even in her own updates to the original post, she tries to elicit more sympathy from the crowd but by that point, she already revealed her true cards. Too late, lady!

Entitled customer demands refund for 'first come first serve' basis parking that they didn't pay for, hotel worker maliciously complies

There are glorious times in customer service when doing what the customer has asked necessitates doing technically nothing. It's a rare occurrence but oh-so-good when it happens to chance upon you.

When this worker promised to give an angry Karen a refund, they did so by promising to refund the amount that it would cost them to park on the street: Nothing. This left the Karen happy to go merrily on their way, and with the problem now out of sight and out of mind, she was never the wiser. It's genius really, a prime example of the best customer service one should offer.

Keep on reading to see the screenshots of this story, as it was originally posted on Reddit's r/TalesFromTheFrontDesk subreddit, a sub that often deals with these types of customer service stories. For more, check out this obstinate customer who demanded a calzone with an entire chicken wing in it, when the worker obliged them they were promptly fired.

'He stated berating me': Jerk neighbor breaks code, gets served bureaucratic justice by disgruntled government employee

There's an old saying that's continually relevant to customer service: The squeaky wheel gets the grease; it's true, more often than not, following up consistently with a service provider (and being generally bothersome) will net you a faster result than those who wait silently. Most people choose to do this by obnoxiously demanding service but obnoxious or not, it's always important to be polite. Being polite, maybe firm, when necessary, will always net you a better result than being a bellend.

This is especially true when dealing with government departments that are particularly prone to bureaucratic administrative inertia. Getting your knickers in a twist with a government pencil pusher will ensure that you're waiting eternally for a result, which can be especially problematic when said government worker already despises their working existence. Meanwhile, being on the better side of these government workers can net miracles of quick results and decisive action that was previously thought to be impossible for the department.

This is how it was in our story… When this good guy neighbor was saved from his jerk neighbor by a benevolent government employee... "He may have lost the neighbors' respect, but he gained — well, you will see whether he gained anything in the end."

'This is a mandatory family contribution!': Demanding family member tells guests to buy their own expensive Thanksgiving chair AND cover food costs

Would you attend this controversial family Thanksgiving meal? One Redditor posted to r/mildlyinfuriating with an irritating story to share. They shared a text from a family member that asks for "some family jubilation and participation" for this year's turkey day. If you want to eat at this family's home, you need to bring your own chair! Yes, seriously!

Not only did the wacky request state that everyone should bring their own seat, the message even includes links to buy chairs. These aren't just your average folding seats - they cost $30 each! "Thinking we should start with 8 or 12 [chairs]," the message reads. That's not the only reason the OP was ticked off at the request…keep reading below to follow this Thanksgiving drama that's as juicy as a freshly cooked turkey.

'It's just bad holiday hosting': Husband says he can handle all the Thanksgiving dinner prep this year, it's not working out

Something tells me this family is going to be ordering takeout this Thursday...

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/AmiTheA**hole subreddit by u/TheRaccoonEmpress, who opened up about her current drama with her husband as Thanksgiving approaches. After handling the whole family event on her own every year for decades, this Redditor asked if she could opt out of doing all the work this time around. Her husband stepped in and said he could totally handle it. As weeks went by and no work was being done in preparation for the event, the wife eventually couldn't help but notice that her husband, kind as he may be, was simply not up to the task. What's also funny here is how animated people were in the comments section. It sounds like plenty of people have been in the Redditor's shoes before. Keep scrolling below to see what they had to say!
