We've all done it. That moment when your brain seems to automatically reboot without your permission. Like your brain needs a good unplug and plug back in again and you say "you too" to the waitress giving you your meal. It works both ways though. It's not just as a customer struggling to form words with your mouth to the employees, but it is also the employees who struggle sometimes. When you're tired, overworked, and/or lacking in sleep and you're working and someone ask's how your day is and you say "no thank you" or you accidentally end a phone call with a customer by saying "I love you." It's all too much to bare. You want to bury yourself in a ditch, but you also cannot stop laughing. It's such a silly slip up that it's hilarious. You first feel shame and embarrassment fill your body and you just want to hide. But once you have some time to sit on it, you laugh so much about it you start to cry.
Well, one servicer industry employee posted a video confessing how she accidentally said "this messica is for jessica" and it haunts her to this day. This video went viral and hundreds of thousands of other service industry employees have flocked to the comment section to admit their hilarious communication fail and it is top notch comedy.
