If you have never worked in the service industry, then there is no way you will understand. Explaining the type of chaos that comes with working in a restaurant does not even come close to conveying how it actually is to experience it. So when you get a new manager who has never been yelled at by a Karen customer or who doesn't even know how annoying it is to be stuck with everyone else's' side work and they're trying to tell you how to do your job… That's gotta be a hell no to me, dog. One hostess had that experience, but was not going to hold back. "Don't come in and act like you already know everything when you're a new comer to not only the job, but [also] the whole industry," she starts to say to the in-experienced new manager in the most respectful way possible.
