When trying to secure a discount exercise bike, one has two options. The first is to politely offer a reasonable amount of money, or just the outright amount that the seller is asking for. Christmas is a pretty big deal, ideally it's a time when families are able to come together and celebrate. Holidays are supposed to be family centered and cater to the needs of the family members. Well, sometimes the siblings bicker, the dogs become an issue, and other ridiculousness. OP has made it very clear that her dogs need to feel comfortable in their home.
Unfortunately, OP's 9 year old nephew is very uneasy around dogs. So sis suggests that they leave the dogs outside while they celebrate Christmas, in freezing temperatures…in the height of winter. Yeah, nah. That's not a legitimate solution, and for some reason OP's sis does not understand why.

It's hard to imagine a world without some of the natural wonders that we have grown up with and taken for granted. To start things off, we'd like to asses the cost of water in various areas around the United States. As far as we know water is a relatively cheap utility bill for the majority of Americans. Sure it can't hurt to save a few bucks here and there when it's possible, but no one should be denied access to a hot shower based on the cost of water. And unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here when OP's cousin 'Karen' literally stood in front of him and blocked him from entering the shower, all in the name of saving a few pennies (literally). Now OP's cousin probably did not expect that he would take matters into his own annoyed hands and bathe himself in her sink instead, using along the way much more water than a shower would have needed. Nope, no one expected that. But boy are we glad that it happened.

Seriously it's a damn shame that we even try to put together elaborate obstacle courses when this was always an option.
