To start things off, we'd like to asses the cost of water in various areas around the United States. As far as we know water is a relatively cheap utility bill for the majority of Americans. Sure it can't hurt to save a few bucks here and there when it's possible, but no one should be denied access to a hot shower based on the cost of water. And unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here when OP's cousin 'Karen' literally stood in front of him and blocked him from entering the shower, all in the name of saving a few pennies (literally). Now OP's cousin probably did not expect that he would take matters into his own annoyed hands and bathe himself in her sink instead, using along the way much more water than a shower would have needed. Nope, no one expected that. But boy are we glad that it happened.
