It sounds like it was no easy decision for this guy when it came to trying to protect his hard-earned cash. With that being said, his parents didn't give him a whole lot of wiggle room on the matter. Unfortunately, when he went ahead and made the moves that he needed to make to protect his money, that resulted in his parents pitching a bit of a fit. So, here we are. He's consulted the moral judges of Reddit's AITA community to determine whether or not he's in the wrong on the matter.
