Man oh man, our hearts really go out to the poor people that are working tech support and having to deal with the wildly, hopelessly entitled human beings in this world. In this case, it sounds like Karen was very, very lost. Basically, she got all enraged over her computer literally having a desktop function. Like, what do you even do with that?
