It's not uncommon for an irate Karen to find a fellow customer and assume they're an employee based on the color of their shirt. In typical hyper-aggressive Karen fashion, any attempt to let the Karen know that she is mistaken will be met with a "you're just a lazy employee who just doesn't want to help me." Cue this bystander who figure out a way to beat Karen at her own stupid game. Customer service is a wild game.
