How on earth did this dude end up in the position of power that they did? It truly boggles the mind. Like, we're talking about a department manager who somehow didn't understand that monitors also need computers (system units). And from that misunderstanding blossomed a pricey fail that just kind of hurts to picture. The department manager's jaw must've sunk to the floor in defeat.
