Imagine learning that the story of how you met your partner was far from the truth. This dude had been telling his friends and family that he met his then wife seven years ago and knew her as the best friend of his little brother. Her first update unpacked her husband's shocked reaction and his subsequent decision to get some space from her. He decided to stay at a hotel and explained that at the moment, he had no intention to divorce. However, by the time she came back to Reddit with her second update, his entire tune changed.
