'I can't believe someone could be so heartless': Boss shames employee for missing a team day after his wife had a seizure

As Kanye West once said, "How could you be so heartless?" This horrible boss decided to confront their employee about missing a mandatory in-office team day despite already knowing that the employee was taking care of his wife after she suffered from a seizure. Yup, you read that correctly. A literal seizure. And yet this guy still had the nerve to confront the employee about it, shame him, and then threaten to not give him the raise he requested.

 

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/antiwork subreddit by u/MuukenTuuken, and honestly, people should use this post as a blueprint for what not to do when you're someone's boss because this is just ludicrous.
