'Narcissistic bosses are the worst': Employee told she's disposable despite doing all her boss's work, she quits and company suffers


Thankfully, this does not end well for the narcissistic boss. This guy took advantage of his employee's hard work, all while repeating that she was disposable. Well, if she was so disposable, why was he so reliant on her work to then claim as his own? 

 

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/MaliciousCompliance subreddit by u/Ok_Negotiation9770, and while we feel for her struggle after she quit, on the bright side, it seems like her former company struggled without her. Even though her boss seemed to think his connection with the higher-ups at the company would keep him from getting fired, word got out very quickly that he wasn't actually the one doing his own job this whole time. So in the end, u/Ok_Negotiation9770 definitely made the right decision.
