Management doesn't necessarily provide the requisite means for employees to feel excited about work, AKA a non-toxic environment, and a good salary. In fact, the cost of living is making more and more people want to stay plonked down on their couches, and collect unemployment. Can we blame 'em? I mean, partially, I guess. But I understand the unappreciated broke feeling that is running rampant nowadays.
Is it fixable? Well… another good question without a black-and-white answer. Instead of focusing on all that, I'd rather focus on memes. First of all, it's a great way to procrastinate, and second of all, it is a proven method to distribute much-needed serotonin. We can focus on all the bad Karen coworker energy wafting around another time.
