This man-child sounds like the ultimate nightmare! Not only did he suffer from the typical symptoms of a terrible boss (outbursts, over-exaggerated hissy-fits, etc.), but he also had a strange desire for his employees to call him weird nicknames. This thread was posted to Reddit's r/MaliciousCompliance subreddit by u/SubstantialTerm3843.
The nicknames ranged from Sir to Master to Darth (yikes all around), but the straw that really broke the camel's back for the Redditor was "Daddy Cool." When Horrible Boss decided to make that nickname a requirement, his employees pleaded that he reconsider, but Horrible Boss refused. So what did the original poster do? Well, he decided to comply, but only in a way that would humiliate their boss in front of customers.
