'Most people today talk too much and work too little': Application for hotel front desk employee includes ridiculous survey

This job application is nuts! So much so that the applicant posted screenshots of the following ridiculous questionnaire to this thread on Reddit's r/antiwork subreddit under u/MeetTheTwinAndreBen. Highlights include plenty of petty thoughts about young people and their relationship with work, a rebuke of contemporary feelings about the workforce, and clearly biased thoughts about leadership and authority. Just scrolling through these made me cringe.

It just goes to show how insecure employers are these days about hiring employees with the backbone to reject messed up leadership structures. Clearly, the people who drafted this job application need to get over themselves and get with the times. Otherwise, they're never going to fill that position at the front desk. The longer biased surveys like these exist, the more likely these businesses will fail in our contemporary cultural climate. Keep scrolling below to see the survey and to hear what people had to say in the comments. For more content like this, check out this post about people who walked out of their job interviews.
