Property Owner Takes Shady Apartment Manager Down

When it became apparent that the property manager was taking advantage of his building's tenants and doing a generally poor job, this owner realized he needed to take them down.

This thread was posted to Reddit's r/nuclearrevenge subreddit by Redditor u/Ranthrow607. This subreddit is a bit like the big brother or the r/ProRevenge and r/pettyrevenge subreddits. Only the most brutally devastating of revenge stories can be posted to this smaller sub.

We've frequently addressed the issue of predatory landlords on this subreddit, and I've personally used my experiences with University apartment buildings as examples. I'll admit, this is the first time I've realized that the company managing the building isn't necessarily the owner itself. These apartment management companies can range from exploitative to downright evil, so nothing in this story surprises me.

Readers enjoyed the story and shared their thoughts in the comments.

"That's what they get for being sh#tty at their job," remarked user MamaDMZ. "Good on you."

"That's what they get for being shitty at their job. Good on you.

"Oh man, I wish the folk who owned our apartment complex were like you." said user Catmeow82. "Your tenants are very lucky you care."
