Being a millennial comes with a ton of baggage; We've endured a ton yet seem to be blamed for most of it. We can barely ask for anything without being labeled entitled or coddled or at the very least met with passive-aggressive eye-rolling from the closest boomer nearby. And according to a recent survey at Deloitte, millennials and GenZ adults "feel burned out…while pushing for more purposeful - and flexible - work."
