George Pointon is a teacher and Twitter personality who, in his words, is "exploiting children's imagination for likes." At least he's being honest. In this escapade, he asked kids what they think makes a good person. Most of them had pretty straightforward answers that any regular adult would say. Some were a little more short-sighted. Maybe what's startling here is the percentage of kids these days who could still be duped by candy and a puppy. But at the same time, we all know a lot of adults who would get tricked by that too.
Maybe all we can really hope for when looking to 6 year olds about moral quandaries is that they've at least learned enough from life so far that their moral compass is pointed vaguely in the right direction. It seems like that's what we got here.
For some more goofy things kids think, here are somekids who tried and failed at difficult names.
