Everyday life gets boring. We walk around our little dumb lives and see the same dumb little things every dumb day. It's easy to forget that there are some seriously uncanny beasts out there. The large ones. The vast ones. The ones so big they need to buy two seats on an airplane. It's these moments of gargantuan-ness that reminds us that we live in a great, mysterious world. A world where it makes sense to have a 50-pound bolt. Where it makes sense that a horse should have biceps and weigh four thousand pounds. Where you could wear a spider as a hat.
This splendiferous world of ours can conjure up such amazingly large beasts, it makes us wonder if there's even a limit to it all. We hope not. We want to see a house cat the size of a tiger. That would really make us feel something. Probably fear. Yeah, most likely that.
What must it be like to be an absolute unit? To look down at this tiny world and only see ants? We can only guess. Or ask. But guessing is more fun.
