We all know how this story goes.
All of us, at some point, have suffered the extended drawn-out misery that comes in the form of a disrespectfully loud neighbor. There's nothing worse than trying to enjoy a pleasant summer evening like u/SevenGabe was trying to, only to have it spoiled by constant excessive noise. Multiply that my every evening of the summer or every night of the year and you have manifested torture.
It's best to let the authorities deal with the plague that is 'noise bandits' but, when all else fails, sometimes you just have to get even.
