It doesn't necessarily give us "joy" to see a child helplessly watch their brand new toy bolt into flames like a moth attacking a lightbulb. If anything, it's a learning experience for the kid. Sometimes, life just be like that. Extra points for that dad's in-the-moment certainty that that toy ain't gonna make it.
