It takes all kinds of people to make up a society. And while most of us don't see the use in partaking in trashtacular behavior like writing our names on national monuments, stealing ground beef and bragging about it, and leaving lying reviews after getting kicked out of local eateries, there are also those of us who do. Trashtacular moments like these are why we can't have nice things.
