It's probably dangerous to turn a garbage can into a cannon. It's probably a bad idea to fill a metal tube with explosives and hold it while setting the accelerant alight. It's probably illegal to disturb the peace with a garbage bomb. Well, one man's trash is another man's tool of war. Don't make one of these at home, especially if you're Oscar the Grouch.
