Look, the thing is as human beings existing in this chaotic bubble of existence, is that we're all prone towards having moments of complete, utter failure. Sometimes, you just miss the mark, man. We're not sure what kinds of days these folks were having, but what is clear is that the jobs were not carried out as they were expected to be. At the very least we can relish these failures and feel bad about our own low points.
