Sure, if you're parking your car in your garage, you're technically "only using your driveway" when you're coming or going. But your goddamn driveway is pretty necessary to have when you need to get your car into your garage. This neighbor didn't didn't foresee the space issue of buying an enormous car for his kid, and tried to push that burden onto his neighbor. Here's another neighbor who lost a driveway altercationand a snooping neighbor who fell when they got hit by an opening door.
