Look, working in the service industry is absolutely not for everyone, and unfortunately the gig can oftentimes come with having to deal with all kinds of inexcusably aggressive and entitled customers. Everyone has their breaking points, and some folks have a higher tolerance for all the nonsense than others. Clearly, this waitress was not playing around for when it came to how she decided to deal with testy customers.
