There are far too many slumlords and greedy landlords in this world that try to pull fast ones on completely well intentioned tenants. In this case though, the company that wasn't being let out of their five year lease managed to pull a swift and highly effective pro revenge on a slumlord who quite honestly needed to get their just deserts at one point or another.
