While there are a crazy amount of stories of the worst dates people went on and first dates where people said "screw this I'm out," it's at least a refreshing reminder of how incredibly low the bar is, and how easy it is to not blow a date. Regardless of their state of corporeal being, everyone knows it's better to meet the parents later on. Also, for god's sake spend the four dollars for bacon.
