There are some people in this world that are hopelessly lost when it comes to keeping up with the rapid pace of technological advancements that this era continues to welcome in. Some customers really need the intensely informative instruction manuals that cover every nook and cranny of how to properly operate a computer. And yes, sometimes that could mean clarifying for the customer that they will in fact need to charge their computer every now and again. I love the twist at the end here from the customer when she drafts up some absolutely bonkers reasoning behind how her computer's charger came unplugged.
