Anyone who has ever had some elderly neighbors knows that it can end up being an environment that's unfortunately ripe for dealing with all kinds of petty complaints. That goes without saying that not every old person is going to make a whole fuss out of having young neighbors. Just some of them. And oh boy, does this old lady sound like she was having a particularly moody day. Well, all that moodiness resulted in her getting called out pretty harshly. Maybe too harsh, or perhaps justified?
