No one of should be surprised when something bad happens. Well, you're allowed to be shocked when your above-ground pool gets filled with scooters or your freshly baked lasagna explodes all over your car. But it's important to remember that misfortune happens and it goes on. It's life. Of course things are like this. As long as we accept that chaos is unavoidable we can at least be present and move forward. Still sucks though. Misfortune and mayhem is just part of the deal, and it's covered somewhat regularly on Misfortune Monday.
