Karen Demands Exact Change, Upset That She Gets It


There's no winning with some customers. If there's anything that working retail teaches people, it's to never expect decency or understanding out of another single person. Is that too harsh? Nah. When there's people like this scheming rotten salad lady walking around, there's no question why customer service can take on an adversarial tone.
