There are definitely fake towns out there, but the specifics of how staffed they might be is up for investigation. How does it feel to walk around in a government fabricated ghost town? Is security for these places really so bad that random people can just accidentally wander in? Wouldn't put it past 'em. It ranks up there with creepy moments people won't forget anytime soon.
