If you've ever worked a customer service job you're likely familiar with the series of daunting demands, entitlement, and other kinds of stressful nonsense from customers that can fall into one shift. Starbucks really brings the wild ones out. Some people just act like animals and take out all the emotional turmoil they're experiencing from their own life situations on the very folks in stores/restaurants/etc that are just there to help them. It's a gross cycle, and hopefully one that stops altogether, sooner than later.
With all that being said, we couldn't say that these drink orders are exactly rude, but they are extra. Would really suck to be waiting in line behind a few of these orders. But it'd be even worse to have to make them. Our hearts go out to any baristas that field these kinds of orders.
