This tech support tale has just the right amount of humor in it. It's a nice break from the typical scenarios involving poor tech support employees having to deal with all kinds of wildly entitled Karens and other aggressively inconsiderate customers. In this case though, it's a mere situation involving a company prankster who decided that they'd play around with some keyboard keys to create chaos in the workplace.
