What do you do when a company makes a mistake and then undermines all of your best efforts to undo that mistake? Apparently you give up and say "fine, I'm watching movies if no one is gonna complain about this." And that movie watching went on for the better part of a decade, so not bad. For some more company shenanigans, here's a dude who got hounded for trivial debt and ended up paying them a dime.
