Man, oh, man, it sounds like this particular management team was terribly detached and clueless. They continued to send in uniformed representatives, as their company was proactively losing money, and wasted a whole lot of time when they could've actually resolved the issue. All that it took to set the whole thing in motion was one employee strictly following their contracted hours.
