Crime doesn't pay, especially when you don't know what you're doing. This guy didn't even have to resort to bold trickery to get back at his gas-stealing neighbors. He just altered things very slightly so that a less-than-keen eye would screw things up for themselves. For some other fun tales of retribution, here's a dude who got hounded for trivial debt, so he mailed them a dime.
