There's nothing we love to see more than an entitled, aggressive, straight up toxic customer get their rightful comeuppance after issuing threats to an employee. We can only imagine how stressful this must've been for the tech support employee to navigate, but to see them come out on top when it's all said and done makes it all worth it.
