An accidental sudden lurch forward was all it took for this dude's bike to turn over at the second-to-worst-possible time. If only the bike was another few inches away it could have been fine. Could he have pulled it out of the way? Maybe. Maybe it's also understandable to not want to be in that situation with a train barreling straight at you.
